🔄 REFUND POLICY

At The Canine Paw, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with every purchase.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To start a return, please contact us at support@thecaninepaw.dog with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: diapers, sanitary products, and pee pads (unless faulty).

Faulty or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
